Be very cautious with Ambien. i have been takig ambien for nearly 2 months now, its awsome, i can doze when i desire and i can command normal sleep. however; since i have been taking it i seem the next day very ignorant of my enclosures, very confused,. its actually hard for me to notify truth from the actually awful evening mares. i am absolutely confused. i will not doze with out certain thing, this surgery is not right for somebody like me who have insomnia every day. it is definetly for short- period use. and in addition to, after you use it for too long of a period, you become amuned to it, and it no longer works. my medical practitioner notified me to try and take it only every 3 dayes, in order that way it would work.
